Providing Quality Behavior Services

Our Beginning

Developmental Services and Care was founded by two women with extensive and diverse experience in behavioral health and related fields. Our founders have a strong track record of serving individuals with disabilities and their families across various communities. Throughout their careers, they have both identified common gaps in service and areas needing improvement in business and management practices. Driven by a passion to address these issues and enhance community support, they established DSC to bridge these gaps and better serve those in need.

Our Staff

DSC employs staff with extensive training in evidence-based interventions and crisis management. Qualifications for varying positions are available upon request. All staff are required to complete training specific to their role, maintain state licensure, and maintain professional certifications while continuing their development within DSC.
